This year's Cherry Hinton Festival Family Fun day took place on Saturday 21st September at the Spinney Primary School.
Back by popular demand was the Robot Making Workshop delivered by TJ Kids CIC for local children of all ages.
This workshop was a huge success despite the weather, and was made even more possible by the support of Storage King in Cambridge.
Their very generous donation of resources included over 70 boxes of different sizes, rolls of Storage King sticky tape and a selection of bubble wrap and package chips.
It's amazing what could be created with a selection of materials along with glue, scissors and imagination!
Robots of all shapes and sizes could be seen roaming around Cherry Hinton Village long after the event had finished.
It was a fantastic opportunity for families to get together and get creative, while having a lot of fun!
