I attended the store today to open a new unit. Faz was very friendly and helpful both when I spoke with him initially on the phone, and today when making sure I had the right size unit and that I understood how everything worked. This was also the same with Meg, who also helped me understand better how the insurance worked. Although I didn’t speak to Brooke, she had left me a couple of voicemails and am confident it would have been the same result, a friendly team, very good service in a central location, and would definitely recommend if you are requiring storage.

Can't thank the staff at storage king enough for getting me out of a mess. I had been badly let down by another local storage company at short notice but it couldn't have turned out better as I ended up using storage king. The whole process from first contact was smooth and informative which put me at ease straight away. The staff in store Brooke, Meg & Faz went above and beyond to cater for my needs and far exceeded my expectations after such a off putting experience with another firm. I would like to give a big thanks to Brooke personally for all her help and knowledge she is a real assett to your company and is known in our house as the 'Storage Queen' 5***** wouldn't dream of using anywhere else.

Spoke to Brooke to organise the unit, she was so helpful, really clear on the offers and explained everything - then I dealt with Faz in the office to sign for my contract, he was amazing, so so friendly and patient dealing with my very noisy baby! - excellent service from both, made everything so simple. Couldn’t thank them both enough for their help. The site is immaculate and the unit is perfect. Many thanks!!
