This evening at around 6:45 I accidentally set the alarm off because I re-entered the facility before the system had a chance to reset and when I entered the code again it thought I was leaving instead of returning! Within 5 minutes a member of staff was at hand and very politely explained the error of my ways. She took the time to show me exactly where I had gone wrong. I apologised and she kindly waited until I had finished getting my belongings out of storage. The lady was very helpful and I was impressed with the speed in responding to the alarm once activated. All very reassuring for anyone who has storage in this facility. Thanks again to the lady who helped me.

Zara welcomed me to storage king and went through everything at the start her customer service skills are excellent. Bethany and Jett also assisted when I had any questions so all in all a great service would definitely recommend storage king.

I had such a good experience at Storage King Worcester. Zahra helped me out and honestly, she was brilliant. I told her what I needed to store, and she somehow nailed the exact size I’d need straight away. It made the whole thing so much easier. She was friendly, patient, and just genuinely helpful.
